Crawford Yorke is a director of Loughton Yorke Lawyers and Easymigrate - Australian Migration & Citizenship Services. He is admitted to practice as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia. He has experience advising clients across a broad range of commercial, immigration, employment and wills & estates legal matters and continues to practice in those areas of law.
In particular Crawford regularly acts in relation to disputes and advises established businesses & new enterprises in relation to their corporate governance, threats and opportunities.
Crawford regularly prepares business sale & purchase agreements and advises in relation to employment relations and implementation of business investor & skilled employment visa programs for business.
Crawford also specialises in complex visa applications, Administrative Appeals Tribunal appeals, Federal Circuit Court appeals, Ministerial Intervention requests and responses to complex DHA requests (e.g. compliance issues, cancellations, character waivers, health waivers, PIC 4020 waivers).
Crawford regularly acts on behalf of clients in relation to Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Circuit Court matters.

Zahan is a highly skilled and knowledgeable immigration specialist whose wealth of experience enables him to deliver a high level of service and advice to EasyMigrate clients. Since completing the Immigration Law course in 2008, Zahan has undergone ongoing professional development to enable him to provide the best level of visa and immigration advice to our clients. Prior to that he has worked as a recruitment consultant. Zahan combines his extensive immigration experience with more than 5 years' experience working in large corporations and small business. This background enables him to see the ‘big picture’ needs of individual clients who are seeking Australian immigration advice.

Spiro has had a distinguished 28-year career in the Western Australian Public Service.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in clinical psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology and a Doctor of Law (JD) with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Spiro is an accredited victim-offender mediator and is also LEADR trained.
He has held various esteemed positions within the WA State Government, including Manager of the Victim-offender Mediation Unit (VMU); Secretary/Manager of the Parole Board of Western Australia; the Supervised Released Review Board and the Mentally Impaired Defendants Review Board; Deputy Director of Compliance for Courts in Western Australia; Manager of Strategic Procurement in the Justice Department specialising in contract negotiation, implementation and compliance. Spiro was also legal counsel for the Director General of the Department of the Attorney General. Spiro also held the substantive position of Assistant Director of Administrative Law with the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor for over 6 years. Spiro is currently a practising senior solicitor and specialises in liquor licensing.

Emem graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2017 and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law Australia. She has previously worked in various law firms in Perth Western Australia, gaining experience in a variety of areas such as criminal law matters, wills and estates and family law.
Emem is currently working as a Lawyer at Loughton Yorke Lawyers, having joined the company in January 2017. She has prepared a broad range of applications across all visa classes and has dealt with complex issues involving family violence, character, and identity issues.

Peter completed his qualification in migration law in 1997 and commenced as a sole practitioner Registered Migration Agent. He formed Immigration & Visa Advisory Services and ran that business until 2003. He began operating as Principal Agent and Director of Australian Migration & Citizenship Services (AMCS) in late 2003 prior to AMCS merging with Easymigrate in 2019.
He has travelled widely promoting Australian migration and has mentored new migration agents and provided Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for many years. He is accredited by the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) as a CPD presenter.
Peter was appointed as a Civil Marriage Celebrant by the Federal Attorney General in 1987 and relinquished that position in 2014. He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace for Western Australia in 1991 and continues to hold that position.

Cyrus combines many years’ experience as a registered migration agent with a long track record as a senior travel industry practitioner. He has managed the migration and needs of many families, migrants and businesses, particularly in the oil and gas, mining, construction and tradesperson sectors.
Cyrus is also able to help clients adapt quickly to the Australian business environment and select the right employment, business or study opportunities for a smooth transition to Australia.

Natasha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2013 and then completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law Australia. While working as a solicitor, she completed a Master of Laws at the University of Western Australia graduating with a distinction average.
In 2013, Natasha was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. She worked as a solicitor in a law firm gaining experience in a variety of areas including joint venture disputes, director and shareholders' disputes, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Natasha is a Visa Manager at Easymigrate, joining the company in February 2017. She has also prepared and lodged detailed submissions to the DHA on a variety of issues with visa applications but now handles our firms administrative functions.
